Delivery
We aim to ensure that all Zavamed Weight Loss orders are delivered quickly, discreetly, and securely:
- Standard UK Delivery: 1–2 working days for approved orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri).
- Tracked & Signed: All parcels are shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.
- Discreet Packaging: No external reference to contents or our brand will appear on the package.
- International Delivery: Currently, services are limited to the UK. We may expand to additional countries in the future.
Note: Delays due to courier services, weather conditions, or regulatory checks are outside our control, but we always provide tracking updates where available.
Collection
For certain treatments, you may have the option to collect your medication from a partner pharmacy after your prescription has been approved. Availability depends on your location and product type.
- You’ll be notified during checkout if pharmacy collection is available for your order.
- Please bring valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when collecting.
- If you cannot collect in person, please contact our support team to discuss alternatives.
Refunds
Our refund policy complies with UK consumer protection laws:
- Unopened non-prescription items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed once items are received back in original condition.
- Prescription medicines: For safety reasons, prescription items are non-refundable once dispensed or dispatched, unless they are faulty, damaged, or mis-described.
- Faulty or incorrect items: If you receive the wrong product or a damaged order, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including postage.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return.
Reminder: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is defective.
