At Zavamed Weight Loss (“we”, “us”, “our”), we aim to deliver safe, effective weight-management products and excellent service. This Policy sets out when you may cancel an order, return items, or receive a refund.

- Physical goods (e.g., packaged supplements, accessories).
- Prescription items (e.g., weight-loss injections) where legally permitted.
- Digital/clinical services (e.g., teleconsultations, treatment planning).
3. Cancellation (Cooling-Off)
For most non-prescription products purchased online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If you cancel, you must return eligible items within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling.
4. Returns of Physical Products
4.1 Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return request made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number/email) required.
4.2 How to return
- Email support@zavafit.shop within 14 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorisation and instructions.
- Pack securely. We recommend a tracked courier service.

4.3 Costs
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Prescription & Digital Services
- Prescription medicines: For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription items are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed or dispatched, unless faulty or mis-described.
- Cold-chain items: Products that require temperature control cannot be returned once shipped, except if faulty.
- Sealed health products: If unsealed after delivery, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
- Digital/clinical services: Teleconsultations, assessments, or treatment planning already performed at your request are non-refundable, except where we fail to provide them with reasonable care and skill.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or mis-described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost or a refund, including reasonable return postage where applicable, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Refunds & Timing
- For eligible returns, refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item (or proof of posting, at our discretion).
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Where you cancel under cooling-off rights, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost (if charged). Any premium delivery upgrades are not refunded.

9. Additional Conditions
- We may refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused in transit.
- Partial returns from bundles may be refunded pro-rata.
- Undeliverable or uncollected parcels returned to us may be refunded minus shipping costs.
- This Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
